Hi All,
Can anyone tell me how to remove the Busy greeting from an IES32 i have a customer who does not want to use them i have been told to remove the small b's for r's on the Busy methods in Telephone System Integration this however seems to be an invalid entry and an error is thrown up.

There standard greeting for some reason they wont record busy greeting

In the system configuration options you should see one that says "cancel_busy_hold=" this should be set to TRUE.
Also this can be set on a mbx basis by un-checking the "busy hold" box in mailbox options.
