Ok, so I know the ol' hunk of junk 280admin that I used to use for our old system, and Emanager4 that we used on our newer one, and I'm putting in a GVPH VM card and know that I need Uadmin2.1 for it. I asked the guy that I bought the card from from if he could supply a copy of Uadmin2.1 and he sent me NetworkManager5. I thought I knew what all I needed, but I've not heard of this one, and it looks like I have to downgrade to SP2 to use it. What is NetworkManager? Does it include Uadmin or something else that will work instead to manage the GVPH?
Thanks!

You don't need NetworkEmanager to administer the GVPH. You need Uadmin or Voicemail Manager. In the meantime, stick with Emanager because NetworkeManager was designed for administering multiple systems. In its current state, its not as polished as Emanager.

So this must be a CIX-40. If it was a new instll or the system was still default, if you re-initiallize the system then new voicemail will be programmied to work.
Netowrk eManager will replace the regualr eManager eventually. Right now there is both versions. The latest verion of Network E will run on XP SP3.
As mentioned, you can use either verion. The Netowrk Emanager can be used with multiple systems connected through QSig. I went back to EManager because of problems with Network version, before the latest release.
UDamin2.1 is for voicemail. There is a windows verion of the voicemail admin out also. Either way you need a PPTC-9 and a 6wire cord.
