A small dr office has a Strata CTX 100. Who ever put the system in has was not able to do it successfully. From what I am told the system does have voicemail. They just don't know what type it is. The dr office would like the auto attendant to pick up after 4 rings day and 0 rings at night. I am not a Toshiba tech! I am a certified NEC Aspire tech. According to the customer all manuals are on site. The people putting the system in gave up and said they would be back when the figured out how. Needless to say they haven't heard from them nor did they finish billing the customer. My question to you is can I figure out what programs need to be done to get this up and working?

Your main issue will be getting the required software to log into the switch. You will need E-Manager for that.
If you have that running AND this company did not change the community name ( password ), you could most likely get it up and running with little help.

The E-Manager software is that available for download somewhere or is that for dealers only? The Strata CTX 100 is that system sold through everybody like a Graybar or do you have to be a dealer to buy it? I am just trying to learn more of what I am walking into. Can you do programing through a phone?
Thanks in advance!

The eManager software should be obtained thru a dealer.
None of the Toshiba product line is available thru supply house outlets. It is only sold by authorized Toshiba dealers with certified technicians.
Yes, you can program using a 20 button phone, but I don't recommend it. Get eManager.

That request is one of the most common features requested. I doubt that the programming book is on site. Its huge! and I believe they are available only in PDF form nowadays. We can help you but you'd need to be able to get into the system. PM me if you'd like my help remotely.
