I have a customer with DK424 c/d 4.3. They have 1 PRI set up as NI-1, no caller ID name. I have programmed these many times, but am having an issue where about 5 percent of their calls will fail dialing out. The telco has told me the system is not using the E164 protocol on outbound calls. I think I have the correct dial plan set up. Could anyone push me in the right direction? Thanks

I was always told NI-1. Change to NI-2, but I do need to tell them no caller ID name correct? Thanks for all your help.

That is correct; no name, number only.

The DK can't handle PRI calling name. If the system even sees it in the call setup message, the call will fail.
