My first ACD install on the CIX, Got the ACD working fine, the agent log in the available key lights up, problem is when the supervisor logs in her available key doesn't light up. any help

open level2 tki. go down the list of phones until you find the problem phone. Make sure it is not set to a analog phone, also set the display. Clicking the sync system button may fix the issue as well.

The available/unavailable key only lights when the agent is unavailable. Also a supervisor can log in and choose not to accept calls.

Thanks MJ, the supervisor's phone was set for analog I corrected that and the display type and all is well..That also fixed the staus and monitor problem.
