You need to go into system programming with eManager and find out what the PhDN is that rings on zero. Then put that PhDN on the extension you want to ring. If you don't have access to the programming software, you need to contact a local Toshiba dealer. Now available Voicemail Programmer Kit to program your Toshiba Voice Mail across your network. newtecky Member Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 2,719 Likes: 7 Irvine, CA US	Unless the programmer was like me that does not use a PhDn, but rather a Multiple Call Group, and I usually don't use 0, I just point 0 from the AA to call the MCG. I am just have more of a fondness to MCGs over PhDNs. Just making a point that the original installer may do many different things. I had an issue recently with using a PhDN of 0 with a VMID of 0. I had to change the VMID and gereral mailbox to something other then 0. But without the programming software this really won't help you. David Tele Express Business Systems

I will back you 100% on being very fond of the function of MCG's. They are amazing and what a PhDN with a HG + Pilot DN should be... BUT the fact that they have such a small size limit really stinks, so I avoid using them for a "zero" out due their inherent nature of limitations. Anyway, back to the topic at hand... ---- Mark, after you provide some more details about yourself and your problem... I am curious as to what voice-mail system or auto attendant you're using too.
