I have inherited service on a 2 or 4 port external Stratagy. I have installed R3admin. I get to it but it says that the password in the vm doesnt match the remote password. I have tried **** and any common numbers and letters I can think of. If I don't know the password on the vm, can I reset it to default or any ideas. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the board. Please read the "Rules and How to Use the Tech Talk Forum" under the General forum for guidelines on posting. You asked, "If I don't know the password on the vm, can I reset it to default or any ideas". Toshiba tech support will assist dealers with that problem. Yes, there may be other ways but they cannot be posted because they will violate forum rules. Sorry. If you can't find a dealer, contact one of the Toshiba moderators who may assist you for a small fee.
