I have a CTX/670 and an old Stratagy VM system. Unanswered calls are not being forwarded to the appropriate VM box for the extension.

Instead they are all going to the Generic welcome greeting we have and if you enter the extension of the person just called it will then make it to the extensions voicemail.

The server also runs our FAX requests, and those are failing as well.

The system has been up and running for years, this problem has just cropped up over the last 18 hours.

is there something I can look at to help correct the issues.

Reboot the voicemail. Check the network connection on the Stratagy.

Done.

Network connection is ok. Have rebooted the server serveral times. Still not working.

If you haven't made any programming changes since this happened, then you've done all you can without having a certified tech come out and look into it. A call to tech support may be needed.

The group that installed the system has since gone under,.they suppliled support. I inherited this system when I came on board.

Do you know of any support options in the Illinois area?

Not really. But try Toshiba's website and you should be able to find a list of dealers that might be close to you.

You checked the network connecition of both the Stratagy voicemail and the Toshiba processor right?
