I was able to get my hands on uadmin21 and I have installed it on the server that is attached to the Stratagy ES card, but I cannot connect to it. I get handshaking messages, but it fails. The serial port on the server run diret to the card, do I need a driver for it? Any other information that I need to provide?

Uadmin will not work with the Stratagy ES. You will need Stratagy Admin for the ES.

May want to check your baud rate, 9600 for older IVP8's and 57000 for newer ones.
