First off I'm glad to have found this forum, looks like a group of very helpful people.
I am new at my company and have never used a Toshiba CIX unit before.
The CEO asked me to re-arrange some extensions and I've got most of it set, I think.
He currently has a Cordless handset with PDN 206 which lights up on the first button when you dial that extension, but it does not ring audibly, just flashes. Previously 206 was forwarded through Oaisys to an executive assistant, which we have removed. Once that was removed it started ringing (beep once and flash the light for the button) as an additional button on another assistants phone, which it never did before, and we removed that. This cordless also has a PhantomDN of 225, which I DOES ring audibly, but we want to remove 225 and make this phone 206 only, with the voicemail going to an alternative extension (desk phone)
We are running MAS with eManager 4.12A12

First check the DN button at the bottom in key assignments to see if ringing was turned off. Double click on it.
On the basic tab for ext 206 you can assign another voicemail ID code(VMID) which, if system call fowarding is set, will send it to what ever voicemail you want it to go to.
