I have the new CIX1200 system that was installed last month.
I am getting complaints from user that while they are on a CO Line, and someone intercoms them on the DN they can hear conversations.
Any ideas to correct this?

Have you seen this for yourself? Can you duplicate the problem? Are they on speakerphone etc, etc,

Yes I saw it happen. They were not on speaker phone

In prog 200, turn off Auto OCA and see if that does the trick.
