In a conference room I have a DKT3010 phone. I have programed a call recording button on it. When on a call, we hit the record button, dial the internal voicemail extension to record the call followed by #. The lights flash like it is recording and a voicemil is delievered to the correct box; however, the voicemail has no sound. The length of the voicemail is consistent with the length of the call. just dead air. Any thoughts?

did you try it on an internal and external call?

also if you want it to record to that box without having to input the ext plus # , in the dkt block change mailbox selection to auto input
