Hi, I currently have a working emanager installation on one computer in my office. It was set up by a contractor and I can't rememeber exactly what he did.
I have installed emanager on a new PC and I can't seem to connect to the CTX100. I wasn't sure what the community name was set to so I tried adding a new community name using the system that has access. I can't connect on the new machine using the default community name or the new one I set up. Any suggestions?
