I have two site with Toshiba systems DK40 and DK280 possibly experiencing toll fraud. I was wondering if these systems have a CDR. What options do I have to track down these calls the LEC said were made?
Any help would be greatly apprciated

If you don't have these features already working to a printer of some sort of call accounting program, you will not be able to see historical data for calls in the system. I always recommend Call Accounting with any system I install or quote.

Also be aware that they can bypass the system altogether via the telco box.

Can the SMDR report be exported somehow instead of going to a printer on site. I'm not onsite to grap the print outs. Also do we need a call accounting software or does it have some type of dump file by default?

Some call accounting packages can be web based.
I haven't put in any web based Tapit systems but I've been informed by a sales person with them that it is a standard feature now.
You would need a PC that meets the minimum standard for whatever Windoz version is required. An old used PC that meets minimum would be fine.
You need some Toshiba card for output, PIOU, PIOUS, etc.

If you have a Toshiba where Auto Attendant as a Primary answering position then you have to Disable Trunk group access in every mail box to avoid a fraud.

Thanks again! Yes, You can have it collecting in procomm or hyperterminal on windows based computer.
