HI! techs , i need to be able to use LCR to add a 9 for centrex lines automatically for multi tenant dk 280 system ,i have hardly ever used LCR , how can i do this ?? also there may be a couple of tel. lines that are normal bus. Lines. ?? Thanks :shrug:

I don't think you can but its been a while since I have messed with LCR

It can be done. You need to put it in the mod table then assign it to the trunk group in prg. 54.

This goes beyond end user type programming. If you have trouble with it, you would be best served by having a Toshiba Technician come out to the site.

Or maybe one of these guys can help you off-line.

How about upgrade that old piece of you know what to some that is a little more modern. I know Toshiba makes some really good and reliable system but Geez. I see so many people come on this board, register to ask one question about some outdated system. If you are a tech, maybe you need to kick start some fire under the sales people to sell a few upgrades on these Toshiba's!!! Just my .02 cents. Not meaning any disrespect!

When programming LCR to route calls, just setup prog 55(modified digit table) to use prog 55-1(digits to add to front of dialed number)

P2ii, so i must enable lcr if it is turned off goto 55-1 add digit 9, and make sure all trunks groups are assigned to route on same table ?? and if i have some non centrex lines i must add 9 and delete 9 or make them separate trunk grp. and not add 9?? Is that right. ?? Thanks :scratch:

Dial 9 and insert a 9.

You will have to program your LCR routes etc. and make sure you set 55-1 to insert "9". If you have not used LCR on the system before then it will need to be setup from scratch.

Do they have trunk appearances on their sets now?
