I had searched earlier in the week for fixes to the "sent ###" in my display. Now I learn my voicemail is not picking up. I wonder if the two issues are related.

Can anyone tell me how to remove "sent 123" from my display? I tried a code I found on here earlier this week but it didn't do anything. They recently relocated the main switchboard phone but I could get to it if I needed to for the fix.

Also, how do I turn on Voice mail?

#64 123 should clear it, if it says "sent 123", or enter #64 ### if it shows another extension.

Not going to voicemail is not related. Call fowarding may no longer be set.

-You'll need to change the call forward by going off-hook to intercom dialtone and dialing #603, the {voicemail DHG# or ext #}, press the speed dial button, the number of seconds you want before it forwards(08-60), and then press the redial button.
You will hear confirmation tones as you progress each step.

#601 is for all
#602 is for busy
#603 is for no answer
#604 is for busy/no answer

I din't know what ext number you use call voicemail. Insert it into the example;
INT #603 {Vm Ext} SPDDL 12 REDIAL

Is 123 a valid extension? Does it ring when you call it?
