Sure, you need to assign it a system call forward template. In System>System Call Forward, create a template with voicemail as the destination. System Timers is where you establish the number of rings before it forwards, and under Station Assignments, assign that template to the extension and use the VMID to tell it which mb to forward to.

I've ran into it where you have to program the button through user programming mode if you want it to act as a toggle. Have them try that.

When you create a call forward key on a phone, it does not assign it a destination. You must do that at the phone itself.

Dial as follows:
int. #9876
press the call forward key
enter the destination digits
press the call forward key again(phone will beep-beep)
Lift handset and replace
