I have two extensions (213 & 232). I would like to put 232 into a phantom DN so I can revert back once person comes back from vacation. Then I want to put extension 213 to the physical location of 232. I am running WinAdmin 2.21.

You must make a button a PHDN before it will show up in the Phantom list

What you should do is:
1-Goto Station-->Basic and select X232
2-At the bottom of the screen select "change dn"
3-Change 232 to something else. It does not matter what, as long as it is unused.
4-Goto Station-->Flexible Keys and select X213
5-Create a phdn 232 on X213 and submit.
6-Goto Station-->PhDN(Phantom)and set X213 as owner of PhDN 232 and submit.
When you need to revert back just delete the PhDN232 from X213 and change the new DN from step 3 above back to 232. Done.

I'm sorry but the version of winadmin I have does not have Station - flexible keys. a lil more clrification on stepss 4-6. Thanks.

Does it have something called "buttons" or "keys" at all? It is a tab along the top of the same page where the basic station features are located. It has been awhile since I actually used WinAdmin.
