hello again. got myself in a crazy mess. costomer wanted to rest 411 calls. i used prog 46 and applied it in prog 48 to sets. here is where it gets odd. this cust has another business across the steet. they send calls over there by pressing flash while on the call and then dialing the number of the business accross the street. when i have it restricted she gets a dial tone after the flash but it wont let her sent the call. i think she gets a busy signal. sorry. i will call tomorrow and verify that part. thanks dave

ok i called the customer and a call comes in, she does flash and gets a new dial tone, normaly she would dial the phone number accross the street to send it, but she cant break dial tone when her phone is restricted from dialing 411. i took the rest. off and she can do the tranfer. any ideas on this. thanks. dave

I had this problem before. Too long to remember exactly what I did. Check programs 42 or *45 to start and it depends on whether you are using LCR, assume 9 dialing, speed dialing, etc. Refer to the manual.

i am not too familiar with toshiba will i will take your advise and check those programs and see what i can come up with. thanks dave

Just came in at the end, but you could give her a button with a speed dial that includes flash, pause and the next door number and allow speed dial to override toll restriction. Just a guess
