Hello everyone
I have a DK 40 and I just installed a expansion with a RCIU card. My trouble is, when an inbound call rings,I get no CID untill the call is answered.

I recently installed a RCIU in a DK424 and it worked perfct. I do not know what I am doing wrong.

Is it in Slot 17? Never install it in slot 18!

It got me once...won't get me again!

I believe slot 17 would be marked 06 on the expansion
slot 15 = 04
Slot 16 = 05
Slot 17 = 06
Slot 18 = 07

The orginal post I just installed a expansion with a RCIU card makes me wonder if it is the correct expansion for the DK40?

To bad you couldn't get a TCIU. It would be alot easier no half tap and extra mod plugs.

Try this...press either the mode or page key on the display while the phone is ringing.
