Our office currently has a digital Telrad Avanti Phone System and Voice Mail. Our voice mail system is currently down and when I reboot the PC, its request a disk to restart the system. My service company now advises me they no longer service this Telrad system and has no way of obtaining this disk. I called Telrad today and waited on hold forever and finally left a message for a call back. I get the impression that they are either very short staffed or no longer in business. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What release switch and vm is it? Is it Imagen or Emagen, need a little more info.
Telrad is still going strong but they are moving things around which has cause support problems. More then likely they would just point you in the direction of a tech close to your area.
