Does anyone know the location and format of voice mails on an Imagen? I need to get one copied off there (personnel issue).

the messages are numbered in the P folder but you cant convert them to listen to them on anything but that imagen. Maybe time for a upgrade since the emagen with unified message has been out for near 7 years now.

At one of their other locations they do have an emagen and call record set up on phones. I could get him to call from there, listen to message after hitting CR. Then I would need to find the message in an Emagen (unfortunately they don't have unifed messaging or it would be easy). I looked around in there a long time time ago and found vox files but i remember the files weren't clearly ordered as to which mailbox the were in.

I pull my messages and recordings off my imagen vm computer all the time and archive them. You are correct, they are all .vox files. There are several utilities out there that will play vox files, and a few that will convert them to easier to transport file formats, (mp3).
