I have a customer that is having trouble doing conference calling on their Telrad 818 digital with Avanti phones. Isn't it just push the conference button on the phone while on a call, place a new call, then push the conference button again?

Yes. But keep in mind that there is about a 10 to 20 second delay when making the second call. If they have a display phone you will see JOIN come up on the display when you can confrence them togethier.
You can conrence up to 8 internal or external people.

Hey thanks for the reply. I just clarified with my customer what they meant...they want to be able to pick up another phone in another office and listen in on the conversation. The boss likes for them to listen in sometimes. On the Avaya, that is the "privacy" feature that is programmable to be on or off. Does Telrad have that option as well?
