I recently moved my system (Imagen version 6) from one office to another. I contacted a local installer to rewire the system and it worked at that time, except I did not have an stero to mono adaptor to plug the outside music into my MPD card. Phone numbers and number of telephone lines stayed the same.
I am unable to get any music after I pluged the music in. Tried both inputs. I did try another MPD card (switched memory module), but no luck.
The installer said he was unable to access the memory card, but I do not know why, sometype of software issues.
Is is possible this is a simple wiring issue?
Any other thoughts?
Thank you

welcome to both of you.
Assuming you have a SB6 system (MPD/Memory Cartridge) you will need the correct PCP software to make program changes. And you will need to check the MOH channel assigned to the trucks. By default MOH is Voice Channel 1 and there is only the external (RCA) connection or the Red Orange pair on the MPD amp connection.

Yosi internal/external music choices didnt come into play until E2E-1.

I would also check to make sure the music is playing out of the rca connections. Maybe a wire broke off during the move. You can hook-up a butt set to it a you should hear the music.

And welcome to the forum!!!!
