We have two outgoing messages on this phone. One then a long pause, then the other message and we are unable to get them deleated. User guide gives no instruction. Can anyone help here?

Dont think this has anything to do with the phone itself. Maybe the voicemail box? Have you tried deleting the mailbox in the voicemail? Then readding it?
