Hello. Network Administrator here, just got handed the opportunity to take over phones for my company. One of our stores has a Telrad SDS phone system. They have this NASTY Music On Hold that we would like to eliminate.
There is no external source for the audio to go into the phone system, so where is it coming from? I was hoping I could have just unplugged it, guess not.
I'm not to up on Phone technology, so if anyone can help me figure this out, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Phil
