One of my customers has this system and after 4 minutes on hold, the system will disconnect the caller. Can anyone tell me how to change this setting so the system will not hang up on the caller? If this is something that can not be changed, then I may have made another sale. Please e-mail me info on changing this, as I know very little about this system.
