I am sure that this has been asked and asked so many times now but i can not seem to find the answer anywhere. So here is the senario i havce an office with 2 phones that ring imediatly for line 1,2,and 3 and 7 phones that never ring at all. I just added a new phone and want it to ring as well but i can not find out how to do this. Is there some way to copy the programming from one extention to another or is it just easy to make the new extention ring??
thanks in advance

Do you have access to main programming. This is done under program 620 and 621 groups and delay ringing

You do it very carefully :-) Get pencil and paper, because 620's extensions become 621's ringing. In, say, ICD group 1, you step through the members, write down the extensons and add ones that don't exist. Then, those positions are repeated in 621 where you set the ring or delay ring or no ring.
PTPM of ICD's is a PITA.....
