Hi,
I have a new install with a 4LOC 4DHLC 4DLC and a TVA50 connected.
I have 5 7700 series phones which requires the expanded PLC8. Can I:
Have both the DLC4 and the PLC8 on the same system?
Is there somthing I need to do to have the system see the plc8 card.
Right now it does not see the card and the Maint Console does not show the card being installed.
Thanks

Maybe something simple. Did you already install the 2nd power supply? Can you preinstall the card?

With your configuration you can install the plc8 no problem. The only thing you'll need is a 2nd power supply to run more than 4 7700 series phones. Have you tried uninstalling & reinstalling the card?

That was it, ps oh how did I miss that.
Ok on to number two, on the pf button programming I am wanting to bind to line (1) and then dial, however when I add the 9 before the number it goes to line 4..
i.e. open gate (which listens on line 1)
9*79 (setup as one touch)

Separate lines into different trunk groups then before the speedial number enter the trunk group access code instead of 9.
