OK, here's the scenario: I have a Custom Service Greeting (CS1) That's the main greating and tells caller press 1 for Person A, press 2 for Person B, etc. So the caller presses 2 and it tells them "Transfering you to Person B" Please wait a moment" Person B's extension rings about 3-4 times before going to their Voicemail. Is there a way to reduce the amount of tries (rings) before it goes to their voicemail? I can't seem to find the paramater. As the caller only hears silence during this period where it's ringing that persons extension.

under system parameters there is a system no answer timer for all mailboxes. under mailbox setup there is a setting to change this from system timer to 10 - 60 seconds for any individual mailbox.
