Hello all
I have basically no knowledge of phone systems, my background consists of IT and AV.
I work for a small AV company with a Panasonic D1232 8 extension digital super hybrid system and KX-T7735 phones.
The system is functioning just fine, but the extension names need a little editing (as appears on the phones). Over the years employees change, people switch offices, etc.
Can anyone assist me in finding out 1. What program I need to install on my computer to interface with the system 2. How to edit extension names within that program?

you would need a panasonic kxtd program tool, you would also need to know the version the system is.
You can program it through the handset using prog ** and password then prog 004 extension name, press sp pnone. then enter jack number should be last 2 digits of extension. edit name with number keys and store.
