Hi,
Our system is DBS576. When we call one of our phone, its FF1 key blinks red and it does not have any tone ring, though, its speaker works fine. All other phones' FF1 blink Green when they are called.
How can we fix this phone to enable its ring tone and change light to green?

What is the FF1 key programmed as? A line? A BLF of another extension? A feature? More information is needed.
