We got a call from new customer wanting to install a tva50 on his 824, I've never worked on an 824 before, I just installed the 824 software and have a few questions.
1- I'm pretty sure that i need to do an APT integration, do I need to use two extensions (jacks 7 & 8) to utilize both ports on the tva50?
2- Where do I tell the co's to overflow to the voicemail?
Thanks in advance...

You set up ports 7-9 or 15-16 to be vm ports and set vm to auto config as if on a td1232. to intercept co to AA just put a delay ring on if you want a transferd call to go to that extensions mailbox just fwd to voice mail.
It you want only intercept from co to vm you will have to set up a custom service leading in to a voicemail box
