I need to change cp150 from 4digit to 3 digit.
How can I recover my key codes.So I can reinstall them after I do a reinstall.

i won't think you'll lose the keycodes when you do a reinstall of a cp150. I've reinstalled many without losing keycodes.

how do you reinstall cp? I had this problem and simply did a restore from another site which changed the callpilot from 3 digit to 4 digit, but I now have a wierd voip trunking problem - remote sites coming back to centralized voice mail always get only the GD mailbox, and the cp event log says cp cannot find mailbox for DN 3299, which is the main dn of the vm system.
locally, the VM seems to work fine.
