I have been installing Norstar systems for 20 years. I have never seen this happen but I am sure it is something stupid.
I have 1 phone that will not allow Voice call. I have checked the obvious stuff that handsfree answer Y. The phone has the speaker set to Auto. It is a 7316e phone. It seems like I have missed a minor detail that is driving me crazy.

Have you made sure the phone is not faulty? What happens to the call?

Yep I swaped the Phone with a working set in the next cube. Trouble followed the Ext.

You can allow or deny "Voice Call" in programming for each set. What happens when you F66?

When I press my Voice Call button and the Ext # in question it says " No Voice Call " and rings the intercom.

Try manually entering the ext number after hitting the voice call button.

Sounds like they activated the Voice Call Deny feature. Turn that off and I bet it will work.

I just found the code It is F #88 to turn off Voice Call Deny. Thanks to all that commented
