HELP!!! I have a client using an MICS 7.0 and a Call Pilot 150 3.0 - I have successfully setup two extensions to forward calls to their cell phone numbers. This works if you dial the extension directly, or transfer a call to the extension. The problem I have is if you go through the auto attendant it acts like it's transferring, says one moment please and gives you dial tone back. They are using a PRI and I have 9 setup as the destination code - I have worked with routes trying to set it up, but we really only have one group PRI-A. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You'll have to be a little more specific on what you are trying to accomplish.

I suppose you could check the # of outcall channels on the CP, also check the CP DN's line pool access to make sure it can use PRI-A.

Are you using the call forward from the phone? feature 4, 9 then number? if thats the case the forward will follow the phone and have nothing to do with the c.p.

You might also try line redirection? Not sure if this can apply to a target line or not though? If I remember correctly the feature code is 84 for on and #84 for off.
Thanks
