Is there a way to have phones (i2004P2) redirect back to the main office, after they've gone into local mode? The Main Office, in this case, is a CS1000E. This site experienced a network issue today, and the phones went into local mode. When the network problem was resolved I had to log into the BCM and manually redirect the phones. Is there a threshold or timer that can be set to have the redirect occur automatically?
