If I upgrade star talk flash to ver2.0 or higher .
Can match CICS ver4.1 or can not??
I install CID card(NT5B41GB-93).
When telephone is ringing.
Telephone can not display number.
I do not know how to set.
Please tell me detail.

Your SW question has already been answered in a previous thread. 1.9 or 2.0 will work for CICS 4.1.
What you are looking for is readily found in the installers manual for the system under CID. We cannot permit detailed installer level programming information to be displayed in the public forum for obvious reasons. If you do not have a manual for the system, please click the link titled 'Manuals' at the top of this page.
If the installation manual is confusing to you, I suggest you contact a qualified Nortel installation company in your local area for assistance.
