Had a customer complain that his MICS "Locked Up" mid-morning, no funtionality on any set. Attendant set diplay read "Temperature Failure". Customer power cycled the system and everything is working normally. Claims the network closet where KSU is mounted did not suffer extreme temperatures. I am unable to locate any reference to this Alarm/Event in my doc's. System has been running clean for five years. System has one PRI with a Clocking Card, no expansion. Any help understanding this would be greatly appreciated.

Might be a Power Supply. During the day air condition or fan is on but at night probably is off.
