A customer of mine just got a MICS 4.1 with a NAM voice mail. It was pulled out of service from a failed business. I installed it today, powered up and plugged in a phone at port 101 (probably ext.221) The arrows flash, and then the screen says IN MAINTENANCE. Isn't this the message a phone would display if its module is disabled via maintenance programming? Any ideas how to get into programming if this is the case?

It's a fiber system. And yes, there was a 2-port expansion card. I'll try putting it back in.

Works great after putting the expansion card in the correct slot! I did look back and found this answer in previous posts, too. In the stress of the moment, I just posted my question before I dug back into the archives. Great board, this.
