I have a customer with a MICS 2.0 with a NAM 3.0. They want to upgrade for a PRI. They have about 80-90 phones. Is the earliest software for a PRI 4.1? Do they make an upgrade tool 2.0 to 4.1? Or will i have to install new software and reprogram the whole thing. I know they will have to upgrade the nam to a call pilot.

Yes there is an upgrade tool to get you to 4.1 without losing the database. Although I would recommend you go all the way to 7.1.

would also add..do a back up and may be better off rekeying"do a startup" from scratch

We gave the cusomer a quote to upgrade to 7.1 with a call pilot 150 3.1. After the upgrade we will install the new t-1 card, combo card, PRI enabler, and the call pilot. I hope they take the quote.
