I recently connected a T7406E at a remote location. The users now want to add a 4th line to the phone. I understand it can be done by moving a line button to the correct location. Can this be done with a RAD device?

You can add and delete line appearances from a phone remotely. if you wish to move lines around on the phone (which button they appear on) that is done locally using F*81 and follow the prompts.

This is what I thought, but before I made a return trip, I figured it was worth a try.
Thanks!

Sometimes you can delete all appearances, then try to add them in the order you want.
