We have the Norstar Version: 30MUL07 DR5 Our General Delivery voice mail has been locked and we've tried to reset the password but still have been unsuccessful in opening the voice mail. Even with the password reset to 0000 the "Mbox locked" - "Contact Admin" still prompts. There are messages that we need to retrieve so we don't want to have to delete and re-add the mailbox. Is there another way to go about this?

if the display read mb locked then you did not reset password for correct mb
gd mailbox is mb 10/100/1000 depending on digit length on set/mb

When we reset our passwords the default should be 0000 (four zeros). I tried resetting again and tried the 10/100/1000 and none worked. Any other suggestions. This isn't the first time I've had to reset a password but it is the first time I've had to reset on the General Delivery mailbox.
