We made some changes to a clients AA so we had to rerecord the greetings for Day/Night.
First strange thing we noticed was playing back either day or night message only gave silence - we were trying to verify what was already there.
So we rerecorded day/night and they played back okay - only problem is the system never recorded over and/or erased the preivious recordings so know you will hear the new recording and then the old recording (when you call in) if you wait to the end of the new one.
Any idea's?

your greetings may be in a ccr tree under path 0 try looking in one of the ccr tree's for your greeting or it may be recorded in the AA menu

Okay we will double check - just seems strange that is that were the case why would it play both?

If CCR tree is Enabled then nothing strange is happening. You recorded AA Greeting then CCR's Greeting starts playing.
