I am a newbie, I am getting certification in november; anyway problem is we have a MICS system and had a T1 installed on it recently we have 4 dispatch phones and when someone calls a line all phones will ring then if someone calls while 1 person is on that phone it doesnt show up on that phone it rings to another extension; we need it to ring there so he can park the call he is on and answer the new one.....any help would be appreciated....Rob

How many intercom paths do you have?
If only one, try setting it to more on all phones.

You are talking about DID number for Incoming calls. If that is the case then depends on the software you are using you can set up DID to App & Ring as many times as you would like to on the main phone then user of that ext. can answer as many times as numbers of Appearances of that DID.

It will depend on your programming. As Vad60 says, you need to increase your APPEARANCES for that target line.
If you have RING ONLY, then you also need that number of intercom buttons. If you have Appear&Ring, then it will show that number of buttons on the phone and you can still have just one intercom button if you want to.
Rehash - One I/C and multiple appearance with Ring only - Only one call comes in. Same thing with multiple I/C's and one appearance (which is default). If A&R then increase # of appearances.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

**Update** Went through and added # of appearances to each "line" and Extension; Worked extremly well;
