A customer opened a lanscape business and was given a 6 X 16 and 3 sets. Only has 2 lines or would recommend new. Problem is know one knows the programming password, is there a way to reset installer password. Look forward to replies.

boot the system up without the s/w cartridge in it. that should default the system. Or you could short out the capacitor.

Edited to remove Installer Information &/or password. Please refrain from that practice in the open forums.

It's not quite that simple AND you'll still need the password. Get your local vendor to set this up for you. Shouldn't cost that much.
