I have a Norstar MICS 5.0 system. Calls come into the AA, when a person dials 0 for the operator it rings hunt group 710 which appears and rings ext. 200. If that is unanswered after 15 seconds the call is overflowed to a hunt group 708 which app. and rings on ext.'s 200 & 208. If still unanswered after another 15 seconds the system is programmed to go to hunt group 711. Instead of going to 711 the call is answered by the General Delivery Mailbox.
Instead of th general mbox the customer would like to have it flow to hunt group 711 which contains Ext.'s 216,240,248.
Can someone tell me why the Gen. mailbox is answering these calls?

Associate lines to HG 711. They will ignore Xfer recall timer when in that HG.

If I associate lines will that make the hunt group ring on all incoming calls?
