Sorry Marv, call monitoring is the name used in Nortel, I think Lucent or Avaya use the term service observation. Back to the ? can MICS do that. A supervisor listen in on a call of an agent and monitor that person with out them knowing it. If need be then go into that call and help that person or persons if they need it. I was hopeing that I wouldn't have to use Viking or Dee's equipment to accomplish this.

You'll have to upgrade to 6.1MR or higher and you can silent monitor hunt group calls.
7.1 with a Call Pilot 3.1 and you can silent monitor Call Center calls.

Hey Marv: I have never used Call monitoring. Just wondering, when monitoring can the Supv "break into" the call and start talking??? Or is it listen only.?
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
