I have a customer that has a T1 PRI. Their outgoing caller ID has their individual number but no name. Is there a place to have the name sent in addition to the number? If so where is it in programming?

Not what I wanted to hear. I guess I can have the telco attach the name of the company to any call from that T1/PRI.

The MICS WILL send the company name info, not individual names.

even if it is sending out the individual DID numbers in "olid"?

You can program individual numbers in OLI and the Business Name. You have to change setting in Hardware set up for those cards you would like to send Names and Numbers on outgoing calls. In your case it is T1 PRI card.
