Hello,

I need to remove the option when a caller hits voicemail and they hit zero it takes them to another line. This is for an individuals direct line.

I am unfamiliar where that option is enabled.

It is an Meridian Option 11 System.

Thank You,

Troy

In mail the zero out is called Revert DN, you may change it or remove it.

If you are unfamiliar with mer mail programing you should conntact your vendor.

Thank you,
Looking at the extension, under the DN's tab the Revert DN is blank. I am thinking that if it is blank then the zero out option would not work. Am I missing something? Thanks for your help!

Thank You,

Troy
